Sri Lanka Cricket announced today that the Tournament Committee at the meeting held yesterday decided to postpone the scheduled Under 23 Division 1 tournament by one week.
This was due to the bad weather conditions experienced and requests made by some clubs citing inability to prepare wickets.
Based on the above, the Division 1 tournament will commence on the 14,15,16th June 2013 and the matches scheduled for the 7,8,9th of June will be played on 26,27,28th July 2013.
The Under 23 Division 2 will be on schedule starting 15,16th June 2013.
