This week’s nominees for the Try of the Week are Avishka Heenpella of St. Peter’s College, Harith Bandara of Isipathana College and Ayesha Edirisinghe of Trinity College.
Avishka Heenpella makes the list for the try that he scored intercepting a pass from the S. Thomas’ scrum half at the line out while Harith Bandara’s try for Isipathana College showcased a display of support play by the three quarters. Making his way to the list is Ayesha Edirisinghe as he gets his second nomination for his try against Isipathana.
