The defending champions Royal College, Colombo ‘A’ entered the final of the Under 13 Division 1 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament 2023/24 conducted by Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association with sponsorship by Sri Lanka Cricket today (22nd January).
Royal College won the first innings against Richmond College, Galle in the semi-final played at Ananda Sastralaya Grounds, Beddagana. Batting first, Royal College posted 179 runs for 9 wickets in 49 overs.

In reply, Richmond College posted only 111 runs as Abhiru Amarasekara ripped through their batting lineup claiming a 4-fer.

Royal College, Colombo ‘A’ will meet D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo ‘A’ in the final at MCA Grounds, Colombo on the 24th January.
