8 Time Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman will be at High Octane Fitness on the 30th and 31st of January 2014. Ronnie Coleman is recognized as the greatest bodybuilder in this era and the only person to win the iconic title of Mr Olympia 8 times.
He weighs in at 300 pound with only 2% body fat. Ronnie Coleman is best known for his insane workout sessions where he goes against the bodybuilding myth of training light and always goes well over 800 pounds in weight sessions at the gym. Many pro bodybuilders have passed out trying to train with Ronnie Coleman and he keeps pushing on screaming light weight baby.
Ronnie Coleman is brains and brawn as he has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and graduated Cum Laude. He worked 15 years for the Arlington Police Dept and is married with 5 kids He owns his own supplement company, Ronnie Coleman Signature Series.
