Next Sourcing hosted its 4th Annual Cricket Carnival at NCC grounds Colombo recently. Over sixty teams participated in a friendly competition, which included Cricket (Men’s and Women’s) and Netball.
The event was graced by the management of Next Sourcing including, Mr. Chanaka Perera, Regional Director – South Asia, Management and the team of next Sourcing Sri Lanka together with over 400 representatives from the supplier base and service providers.
Textured Jersey emerged as winner in the Men’s Cricket Category, while DHL emerged the runners-up team. Hirdaramani Industries clinched the winning trophy in both Women’s Cricket Category as well as the Netball tournament, while Union Apparels emerged as the runners-up in both tournaments.
Mr. Chanaka Perera, Regional Director for South Asia – next Sourcing said, “The objective of the carnival was to strengthen the next Sourcing relationship with its suppliers and service providers and to acknowledge continuous support during the year. We have been organizing the annual cricket carnival for the past four years and this occasion is a most looked forward to gathering in our calendar which displays competitive comradeship within our strong supplier base”.
