The International Rugby fixtures for the Tuskers are all but confirmed with India and Kazakhstan set to join Qatar to play Sri Lanka at Racecourse International Stadium, Colombo in April and May.

Qatar were the first to confirm their participation. However, Sri Lanka Rugby (SLR) are working closely with Asia Rugby (AR) to get India and Kazakhstan to join hosts Sri Lanka and Qatar in a four nation tournament.

Games are set to be played on the 30th of April, which will see Kazakhstan play Qatar, and the hosts Sri Lanka play India.

The winners of these games will face each other on the 4th of May while the losers play each other on the same day. Both rounds are set to be played at Racecourse.

Asia Rugby (AR) has announced that the winners of the Final will have direct passage through to play in the Asia Top 4 segment in 2025, while the bottom-placed team will be relegated to the Asia Rugby Division 1.
