Indian Blind Cricket team took a two nil lead in the T20 series as they beat the hosts Sri Lanka by 3 runs in the 2nd T20 match today. 

The visitors won the toss and elected to bat first. They looked in control from the word go as their batters hit the ball all around the park. The hero from the first match, Sunil Ramesh was once again the hero with a quick fire 42 up the order. Towards the latter part of the innings, two cameos from Ajay Reddy and Ganesh Mudhkar, propelled India to a massive 180 for 3 in their allocated 20 overs. Dimuthu Ravindra was the pick of the bowlers for the hosts with figures of 1 for 69.

In reply the Sri Lankans looked on par for most part of the chase. Ajith Silva kept the hosts in the hunt while Chandana Deshapriya chipped in with a valuable 41. Ajith brought the game down to the last over but some good tight bowling towards the latter part of the game, made sure that the Indians took the win and the series home. Ajith remained unbeaten on 64, a valiant effort which proved in vain. For the Indians, Amol Karache was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 18.

Sunil Ramesh was deemed as Man of the match for his heroics with the bat as India registered a nail biting win by 3 runs.
