Dan Carter’s new club Racing 92 will face Super Rugby champions the Highlanders in Hong Kong in February.

The Paris based Top 14 side replaces European champions Toulon in the one off game.

Racing will be playing in Hong Kong for the third time in three seasons.

Racing 92 CEO Arnaud Tourtoulou said they’re confident rugby and sporting fans worldwide will be riveted by this unique north-south match up.

The French club have significantly boosted their stocks of New Zealand players, with veteran winger Joe Rokocoko, prop Ben Tameifuna and flanker Chris Masoe joining the side.

Racing also have centre Casey Laulala on their books, who played twice for the All Blacks before moving offshore.
