U19 Girls
In the semi-finals Vijayaba National School, Hungama defeated Anamaduwa MMV 2-1. It was the girls from Anamaduwa who won a close 1st set 24-26. But, Vijayaba fought back to win the 2nd set in equal fashion 25-23. Vijayaba rode on the momentum to comfortably win the 3rd set 25-12.
In the 2nd semi-final Galigamuwa MMV defeated Eheliyagoda Dharmapala Vidyalaya 2-0. They won the 1st set 25-15 & the 2nd set 25-17.

Galigamuwa MMV and Shri Rathanapala Maha Vidyalaya, Mahauswewa defeated Anamaduwa MMV and Gajanayake Maha Vidyalaya, Welandura respectively to make it into the final.

In the battle for 3rd place Anamaduwa MMV were made to work hard for the win after Gajanayake Maha Vidyalaya won the 1st set 22-25. Anamaduwa MMV sent the match into a decider winning the tight 2nd set 25-23. They went onto win the 3rd set and the match 25-20.

In the U15 girls’ semi-finals Vijayaba National School, Hungama and Uhana Thissapura Vidyalaya, Ampara came out winners.
Vijayaba National School defeated Shri Rathanapala Maha Vidyalaya, Mahauswewa 25-11 & 25-22 while Uhana Thissapura Vidyalaya defeated Maliyadeva Adarsha Kanishta Vidyalaya, Kurunegala 25-18 & 25-8.
