Kingswood struck back through to make it a 10-point game as skipper Ekanayake put in a sumptuous chip over the top of the DS defence to catch them napping and send over Sachintha Naweesha.

DS were trying to penetrate and get their 5th try of the first half, however, turn over ball saw Kingswood reach the Dons 22 before the sublime chip from Ekanayake. Bawdeen made no mistake with the extras. (DS 24-14 KCK)

On the stroke of half time, DS secured the game through a bashing try from Jithnula as the big prop forward battered his way through to score.

Thatheera failed with the extras as the Dons forward blew Kingswood off their feet.

The Dons were the next to score as they managed to nip the Kingswood attack, after a lapse of 18-minutes to score points.

The DS maul was simply unstoppable. Praveen Lakmal added one more try to his teams and his tally as the Dons scored over a hapless Kingswood forward pack. Rusiru failed with the extras. (DS 34-19 KCK)

Akila Dilshan score with 8-minutes left on the clock, setting up a grandstand finish as the try was converted by Rusith Thamodaya. (DS 34-26 KCK)
