Australian Cricketing legend Shane Warne has dies of a suspected heart attack in Thailand, according to Fox Cricket.

“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived. The family requests privacy at this time and will provide further details in due course.” Warne’s management said in a brief statement.

One of the greatest to ever play the game, Warne represented Australia from 1992 – 2007, in 339 internationals, taking 1,001 wickets across formats. The leg-spinner’s wicket tally in Tests is only second to Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan.

Warne was also known for his charity work, notably being involved in tsunami relief in Sri Lanka alongside Murali.
