Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU) along with the Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Health & GMOA will be conducting a work shop on Concussion Management on the 08th march 2014 at Sports Medicine Auditorium-Ministry of Sports.
Symposium of concussion and how to assess and manage is a vital part in sports, Dr. Sandran Para Waran MD, Director, Pediatric Neuroscience Network, Goryeb Children’s Hospital Morristown, NJ. Vice President, Advocare Pediatric Neurology Associates, Morristown, NJ will be delivering this session on the 8th March at the Reid Avenue from 8.00 a.m. onwards.
WPRFU invites two participants from ‘A ‘division rugby clubs and schools as limited number of slots are available. It is an opportunity for rugby administrators, referees, physiotherapists, trainers, coaches, sports medicine doctors and neurologists to enhance their knowledge and clarify any doubts in concussion.
