The CAVA U-19 Women’s Volleyball Championship 2025, organized by the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation (SLVF), is set to take place from 4th to 9th November at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium, Colombo.
Four teams — Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Kyrgyzstan — will battle for regional glory in this exciting youth volleyball event, showcasing emerging talent from across Asia.
The opening ceremony will be held on 4th November at 3.00 PM, graced by the Deputy Sports Minister Sugath Thillakaratne as the chief guest. The final and closing ceremony is scheduled for 9th November at 4.00 PM, with Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage attending as the chief guest.
The Sri Lanka U-19 Women’s Team, representing the host nation, is currently undergoing an intensive training program at Davi Samara Maha Vidyalaya, Seeduwa. The team will be guided by Head Coach Charles Thillakaratne, while Sulakshana Pasinduni will lead the side as captain.
