The 31st All Island Schools Sports Championship organized by the Health &Physical Division and the Sports division of the Education Ministry started on the 12th of September 2015. This championship will be held in 3 phases.
The 1st phase of this championship ended on the 14th of September and the 2nd phase began on the 17th of September. The competitors will participate in 12 disciplines in the 2nd phase. Already the Swimming, Aerobic Gymnastic &Gymnastics disciplines have been completed.
The best girls Swimmer was awarded to Dilrukshi Peiris from Hill Wood College Kandy and the best boys Swimmer was awarded to Akalanka Peiris from St.Peter’s College. The results of the completed disciplines are as follows:
