The 8-member Sri Lanka squad has been announced for the upcoming Hong Kong Sixes Cricket Tournament 2025, which will be held from November 7 to 9 at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.
The seaming all-rounder Lahiru Madushanka will lead the Sri Lankan side as they head into the competition as the defending champions, having triumphed in last year’s edition by defeating Pakistan in the final — clinching the prestigious title for the second time in history.
The Hong Kong Sixes is one of the most exciting and fast-paced formats in world cricket, featuring matches of five overs per side and just six players on the field. The tournament attracts international attention for its explosive batting displays and thrilling finishes.
