University of Colombo and Kotelawala Defense University emerged champions in the Women’s and Men’s categories of the Inter University Leaders Table Tennis tournament that was concluded yesterday(5th) at the Kotelawala Defense University Indoor Sports Complex.
The inter university tournament tagged named the “Leaders Trophy Table Tennis” was held at the Kotelawala University premises. The Women’s category finals were contested by the University of Colombo and the University of Moratuwa. At the end of the tie, it was the Colombo team that emerged victorious in the overall category. The team from Kotelawala Defense University was placed 3rd.

In the Mens’ tournament it was the hosts, Kotelawala Defense University who emerged victorious overall and in second and third places were the teams from University of Colombo and University of Moratuwa.
