DIMO vs SL U19s
The Sri Lanka U19s who had MAS Unichela in a spot of bother a couple of days back before rain intervened, were not interrupted this time around as they completed a superb 6 wicket win over the much fancied DIMO unit.
Avishka Lakshan was the star with the ball for the youngsters as his right off spin yielded 4 vital scalps while he got good support from Dilum Sudeera, Matheesha Pathirana and Chamindu Wickramasinghe who all captured two wickets apiece.

Sonal Dinusha led the SL U19s in their run chase with a fluent 43 at the MCA grounds, as they completed the victory inside 30 overs.
Thaveesha Abishek also made a useful 36 as Nisala Tharaka bowled his heart out for DIMO capturing 3/30.

John Keells Holdings vs LB Finance
On a strip conducive for spin at BRC grounds in Colombo, the much fancied JKH line up crumbled to just 89 runs in 30.2 overs with the LBF spinners doing the bulk of the damage.
Fast bowlers Shiran Fernando and Chathuranga Kumara set the foundation with a wicket apiece, but it was Charith Asalanka (3/20), Dhananjaya de Silva (2/21) and Kavika Dilshan (2/20) who shared 7 wickets between them as the JKH batsmen struggled right throughout.

Minod Bhanuka and Dimuth Karunaratne were the only batsmen to reach the 20-run mark before LB Finance raced to the target in just 10.4 overs.
Former Peterite Lakshan Rodrigo (52*) smashed the JKH bowling all around the park with his inventive stroke play, while Sadeera Samarawickrama made a patient unbeaten 35* for the winners.

Hayleys PLC vs Sampath Bank
Sampath Bank recorded their first win of the tournament, when they defeated Hayleys PLC by 15 runs on the D/L method at the P Sara Oval.
Lahiru Thirimanne was the only shining light with 42 for Hayleys, as they were bowled out for 137 batting first with Malinda Pushpakumara picking up 3/24.

Sampath Bank reached 122/6 in 34 overs when the game was called off due to bad light, but they were 15 runs ahead on where they should have been on the D/L method.
