Captain Azhar Johar, vice-captain Shifaz  Amath and centre Hassan Razick and the team has given everything they could to make sure the heated discussions in the dressing room are well implemented at the grounds. Having said that, the lethal pair Zaid Sinhawansa and Yuzran Lantra have made the job easy for the Team, coach and for their loving fans who waited a long time for this.

A moment of catharsis for Zahira,“A Division Rugby was coming back home after a decade” was against last year’s league runners-up S Thomas College Mount. More than 2,300 made their way through the gates to the grounds. The closest roads were blocked for traffic by 3 pm and parking was full by 3.30pm. But the hassle didn’t matter. Something special, something most missed, was coming home.

image3STC was leading 5-0 and it didn’t take a long time to level the scores. Lantra ran a good 50 meters to score a 1st phase try beating Naveen Henakankanamge.
