SLC is pleased to inform the Media the arrival of the Sri Lankan Off Spinner Sachithra Senanayake from Perth, Australia.
Sachithra was working on remodeling of his bowling action at the University of Western Australia with the aid of the University consultant coach on corrective suspect bowling actions Darryl Foster. Darryl, together with the University Bio Mechanist conducted 10 days of remedial work to remodel Sachithra’s action.
SLC will be presenting Sachithra to the ICC accredited Cardiff University for clearance testing subjected to the pending report from Perth. This report is expected to reach SLC within the next fortnight.
Sachithra was accompanied and assisted during this tour by SLC’s Head of Coaching Jerome Jayaratne.
