The 35th Battle of the Rocks between Maliyadeva College Kurunegala and St. Anne’s College, Kurunegala, along with the 67th Battle of the Golds played between Sri Sumangala College, Panadura vs Moratu Maha Vidyalaya, Moratuwa, ended in draws today at Kurunegala and Moratuwa respectively.

Maliyadeva College, Kurunegala vs St. Anne’s College, Kurunegala

The 35th Battle of the Rocks between Maliyadeva College and St. Anne’s College ended in a draw today at the Welagedara stadium in Kurunegala. St. Anne’s College managed to take major honors in the drawn game thanks to individual performances by Kavindu Ranasinghe (64), Lasith Warnakulasuriya (55) and Rishitha Perera (4/15).

Mahinda College managed to win the Lovers’ Quarrel Limited Over Encounter against Richmond College today at Galle International Cricket Stadium. After winning the toss, the Richmond College skipper opted to bat first and posted 170 runs in the allotted 50 overs with Diluk Sandaruwan (45) and Dimuth Rathnayake (35) top scoring for the Richmondites.
