In the aftermath of the incident at the Trinity College vs Science College Schools’ Rugby League encounter, the Trinity College rugby authorities have lodged a formal complaint with the Sri Lanka Schools’ Rugby Football Association and the Sri Lanka Rugby Referees Society with regard to the decisions made by the referee Irshad Cader.
No Referees at Pallekelle until inquiry
Speaking to ThePapare.com, the school authorities confirmed that a formal letter has been forwarded to the two respective governing bodies requesting an inquiry to be conducted on certain calls made by Cader at Pallekelle last Saturday in which Trinity lost 15-12.
A decision on the matter will be finalized before the 3rd of June 2016.
