Havelock’s Dhanushka Ranjan and Kandy’s Christopher Cloete scores hat-tricks to take their team to win whilst Navari Eramasi of Navy scored a double as they beat the inconsistent Police at Welisara.

Havelocks SC came out winners by beating defending champions Navy SC with a thrilling 18 – 10 win in a low scoring game at Welisara.

Second round, week 11 of Dialog Rugby League match between the Sailors and the Soldiers ended up with 43 (T7, C4) to 08 (T1, P1) in favor of the defending champions yesterday at Welisara.

Air Force made full use of home advantage as they beat Hambanthota Sharks 68-15. This meant Sharks began round two of the Dialog Rugby League with two defeats in as many weeks.

Navy SC began the second round of the Dialog rugby league in style as they delivered a clinical performance to humble the Hambanthota Sharks at home, scoring 19 tires in the process.

Defending champions Navy SC produced a superb show in the second half to overcome title contenders Havelocks SC.

Navy sports club weathered a brutal attack from Havelock Sports Club at Havelock Park to stake claim to a 17-13 win.

In week 7 the much anticipated traditional rivalry between Kandy and CR in Kandy, unfortunately did not deliver in its classic splendor. The Rajapakse derby turned out to be a one-sided affair as Navy trounced Army at Race Course.

Defending champions Navy SC eased passed Army SC by 48 (7T, 5C, 1P) to 03 (1P) in a Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 round seven match which took place at the picturesque Race Course International Stadium on Saturday.  

Navy after failing to keep their unbeaten streak last week bounced back after beating Airforce 40 points to 22 in their Dialog Rugby League game at Ratmalana yesterday. 

Defending champions, Navy SC reclaimed their dominance at Welisara when they out-powered a spirited CH & FC outfit by 24-08 in a rain-hit, sloppy Dialog Rugby League 2014/15 encounter on Friday. 

South African flanker Christopher Cloete with an incredible performance, inspired the unthinkable for Kandy SC as they overcame power house, Tuskers-ridden Navy SC in their own den 16-06 leaving a usually vociferous Navy camp shell-shocked.
