Good Shepherd Convent, Kotahena under-19 basketball team finished off the season in style by winning the All Island Under-19 National School Games (Western Province) recently. The Shepherdians overcame St. Joseph’s Girls’ School 62-46 in the semi-final before beating Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya 54-43 in the finals.

St. Joseph’s Girls’ School, Nugegoda emerged champions of the All Island under-19 ‘A’ Division Basketball Tournament a few days ago. St. Joseph’s beat Holy Family Convent in the grand final worked off at British School premises. The final score was 46-43.
