Lanka Lions eased through to their 2nd win in as many matches in Pool C at the 2018 Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.

The Lions won the 1st set comfortably 25-12 and then sealed the 2nd set with the same score line. Even though Yanchai fared better in the 3rd set, they still went down 25-17.
They now lead the Pool C points table with 6 points and a perfect record without dropping a set.

The Lions defeated Canberra Heat yesterday (30th July) in their first match and will now face Nakhon Ratchasima, the Thailand League champions, on 1st August in the final Pool C encounter.
