Rohitha Fernando became the President and Balendra Anthony lost his Secretary position in the recently concluded Wennapuwa & Colombo Football League elections respectively.
A.G.Sunil will be the secretary while George Stanley will be the treasurer of the Wennapuwa Football League. DIG Gamini Randeniya, Philip Fernando, Upul Nishantha, Dakshana jayakody, Udhara Wimalasena are the five vice-presidents.
At the AGM all the clubs involved in the Wennapuwa FL received new playing kits.

At the 105th AGM of the Colombo Football League Balendra Anthony, who was the secretary since 2002, lost out to Zaharan Singhawansa 29 votes to 5. Balendra Anthony is the current Secretary General of the Football Federation of Sri Lanka and was rumoured to be contesting for the upcoming elections as the President.
Long standing President Hurley Silveira was once again elected unanimously. Silveira who is the President of the Ratnam SC has been in position since 2001. Asif Ansar (Old Wesleyites SC), A.R. Pallie (Old Royalist SC), M.H.M. Aflah (Railway SC), M.S.M. Afsal (Kolons SC), Thilak Pieris (Old Bens SC), Mohan Rajendran (Old Hinduits SC) were elected as vice-presidents.
M.S.M. Faiz of Zeal SC was appointed as the Treasurer. U.L.T. Sampath (Eveready SC) and M.Y.M.Shibly Khan (Aluthkade United SC) were elected as Asst.General Secretaries and M.Faris of Sunny Mount SC was also elected as the Asst. Treasurer.
Total of 41 members of 21 Clubs were eligible to vote out of 23 Clubs.
