Ahead of the Dialog Rugby League that will kick off on the 7th of November 2018, the Navy Sports Club team will be making it to Doha in Qatar to meet the Doha Rugby Football Club for a friendly.

The runners-up from the Dialog Rugby League last year will be desperate to go one up this season and the fixture against Doha RFC will be a timely prep ahead of the League.

Last week, it was CH & FC that travelled to Qatar for a friendly against Doha and the team led by Yoshitha Rajapakse clinched a 17-15 victory thanks largely to the kicking of Samuel Maduwantha.

The new look Navy side led by the experienced Thilina Weerasinghe will be looking at making it count and repeat CH’s feat in the middle east.
