Free Style Basket ball Club brings the Free Style Basketball Series, the most modern concept to Sri Lankan basketball culture.
The Free Style Basketball Series is a basketball tournament hosted by Free Style Basketball Club. The tournament will be carried out for Three Days and a major set out is to attract the best athletes across country and to promote Free Style Basketball.
The Series will feature Formalized version of 3 on 3 (3X3) tournament, Slam Dunk and three-point contest. Cash Prizes are given to teams that win each bracket.
Elite Division LKR 40,000.00 and Runner up LKR 20,000.00, Open Division Champions LKR 30,000.00 and Runner up LKR 15,000.00 also the Slam Dunk winner will receive LKR 15,000 in addition a Challenge Trophy while the 3 point contest winner will receive LKR 10,000 cash prize.
3on3 tournament Divisions are Elite and Open, whereas Elite Division is designed for Division “A” athletes, national players and Open Division is for any athletes. For the First time in Sri Lanka all teams participating are considered to be mix teams and every team must have at least two male participants and two female participants on the court at all times.
