Eight matches in the Singer Schools U-19 Division 1 two-day cricket tournament 2017/18 were conducted today around the Island.

DS Senanayake College vs Dharmasoka College

Left-arm spinner Muditha Lakshan took 5 wickets in the second innings to rattle the Sokians for a modest 140 all out, as the hosts DS Senanayake College romp home to a convincing 8 wickets win against the lads from Ambalangoda, in their group ‘A’ encounter which concluded in Bandaragama.

Ananda skipper Asel Sigera’s all-round heroics dismantled the lads from Havelock’s in the group ‘D’ encounter which started today at Colts grounds.
