23rd Battle of the Greens
Panadura rivals, St. John’s College and Royal College locked horns at the Zoysa Grounds, Moratuwa today for their 23rd annual Battle of the Greens encounter.
The day ended with equal honors to the two schools, Royal College trailing by 125 runs with 7 wickets in hand. Dushan Madushanka’s 6-fer was the highlight of the day for Royal.

P.Sara Oval Colombo hosted the unique battle known as Battle of the Hindus between Hindu College, Colombo and Hindu College, Jaffna. The low-scoring day saw 20 wickets fall as both teams were bowled out.

The annual encounter between two schools from Kandy, Teldeniya National School and D S Senanayake College, Kandy ended today at Police Grounds, Kandy with D S Senanayake College winning the game with 4 wickets in hand.
Chasing a tricky 111 for the victory, the Senanayakians were made to grind by Kavindu Vimalasiri but they finally got over the line inside 27 overs.
